What's the maximum file size I can upload?

Transfilio supports files up to 100GB per upload. Chunked uploads keep large transfers manageable and report failures clearly so browser uploads can be retried and API clients can continue remaining chunks.

How secure are my files?

Files are protected in transit with HTTPS/TLS. Share links support password protection, expiration dates, download limits, email verification, acknowledgments, and access auditing.

Is Transfilio free to use?

Yes! Transfilio offers a free tier that includes 5GB of monthly transfer allowance with files up to 2GB each. Paid plans provide higher transfer, storage, file-size, sharing, and API limits. Check our pricing page for details on all plans.

How long are my files stored?

Completed files remain in your account until you delete them or an authorized administrator removes them. Share-link expiration disables access to the link without deleting the stored file.

Do you offer an API for developers?

Absolutely! Transfilio provides a RESTful API and authenticated API keys for upload, transfer, sharing, and usage workflows. The built-in API documentation describes the supported endpoints and rate limits.

What happens if my upload is interrupted?

Transfilio uploads files in chunks and reports interruptions clearly. Browser uploads can be retried, while API clients can inspect an upload session and continue sending its remaining chunks.
